1. Overview

OrbitFlip is a mobile arcade game developed by Mbforge Studio.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use OrbitFlip.

OrbitFlip does not operate its own Mbforge account system or Mbforge-owned backend database and does not require users to provide their name, email address, phone number, password, or payment information directly to Mbforge.

OrbitFlip integrates:

  • Google Play Games Services for player authentication and global leaderboard functionality.
  • Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising in app versions that include advertising functionality.

2. Local Game Data

OrbitFlip stores gameplay and preference information locally on the user's device.

This may include:

  • Game settings.
  • Unlocked skins.
  • Mission progress.
  • Reward progress.
  • Local game progress and related gameplay state.

This local data is not uploaded to a Mbforge-owned backend database.

Local OrbitFlip data can be removed by clearing the application's storage/data through Android settings or by uninstalling OrbitFlip.

3. Google Play Games Services

OrbitFlip uses Google Play Games Services to provide player authentication and global leaderboard functionality.

When Google Play Games Services is used, Google may process information associated with the user's Play Games profile and leaderboard activity.

This may include:

  • Google Play Games Player ID.
  • Gamer tag or display name.
  • Play Games profile avatar.
  • Leaderboard scores, rankings, and related gameplay activity.
  • Analytics and diagnostic information generated by Google Play Games Services.

OrbitFlip may use information supplied through Google Play Games Services to:

  • Authenticate the Play Games player.
  • Submit scores to the global leaderboard.
  • Retrieve and display leaderboard scores.
  • Display player names, avatars, scores, and rankings where supported.
  • Provide Google Play Games functionality.

OrbitFlip and Mbforge do not request or store the user's Google Account password.

OrbitFlip does not request access to the user's email address or friends list for leaderboard functionality.

Mbforge does not use Google Play Games profile information for advertising.

Google may independently process information required to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Google Play Games Services according to Google's own privacy policies and account settings.

4. Advertising and Ad-Related Data

OrbitFlip may use Google AdMob, provided by Google, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK in app versions that include advertising functionality.

When Google AdMob is included and active, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, service operation, measurement, and fraud prevention purposes.

This information may include:

  • IP address. An IP address may be used to estimate the general or approximate location of a device.
  • User product interactions, including information such as app launches, taps, video views, ad requests, ad impressions, and interactions with advertisements.
  • Diagnostic information related to the performance of the application and advertising SDK, including information such as app launch performance, errors, hangs, and related technical information.
  • Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID where available, App Set ID, and, where applicable, other identifiers associated with the device or signed-in accounts.

This information may be used for purposes including:

  • Delivering advertisements.
  • Measuring advertisement performance.
  • Advertising-related analytics.
  • Frequency capping.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic.
  • Maintaining the security and reliability of advertising services.
  • Advertising personalization where permitted by applicable consent, settings, and law.

The use of an IP address to estimate a general location does not mean that OrbitFlip requests GPS location or Android precise or approximate location permission.

OrbitFlip does not request Android location permission for advertising.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data it transmits in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Availability and use of the Android Advertising ID depend on Android, device settings, applicable permissions, user choices, and Google Mobile Ads configuration.

Users may reset or delete their Advertising ID through supported Android privacy controls.

5. Ad Personalization and Privacy Choices

Depending on the user's region, applicable law, consent status, device settings, Google settings, and the advertising configuration used by OrbitFlip, advertisements may include:

  • Personalized ads.
  • Non-personalized ads.
  • Limited ads.

Personalized advertising may use information and consent signals permitted under the applicable advertising and privacy configuration.

Non-personalized and limited advertising may still require processing of certain information necessary to request and deliver advertisements, perform permitted measurement, limit repeated advertisements, maintain security, and detect fraud or abuse.

For users in regions where additional privacy disclosures or consent are required, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising-related privacy information and choices may be presented through the consent management solution configured for the application.

Where consent is legally or contractually required for personalized advertising, personalized advertising should only be requested when the required consent signal is available.

The exact privacy choices and advertising modes available may differ according to region, consent status, device configuration, and Google advertising requirements.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Mbforge does not sell, rent, or trade user information.

OrbitFlip uses Google as a third-party service provider for Google Play Games Services and, in versions containing advertising functionality, Google AdMob.

When Google AdMob is active, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the advertising-related data described in this Privacy Policy with Google for advertising, analytics, service operation, measurement, security, and fraud prevention purposes.

Depending on advertising configuration, consent, region, and available advertising demand, Google may also work with advertising technology partners involved in advertising delivery and measurement.

Information required for Google Play Games functionality, including relevant Play Games profile information and leaderboard activity, is transmitted to and processed by Google as the provider of Google Play Games Services.

Depending on the user's Google Play Games profile visibility settings, gamer identity, leaderboard score, and ranking may be visible to other players.

Google processes information according to Google's own privacy policies, service terms, privacy controls, consent signals, and Google Account settings.

7. Permissions and Device Access

OrbitFlip does not request access to sensitive device features or personal content such as:

  • Precise location.
  • Approximate location.
  • Camera.
  • Microphone.
  • Contacts.
  • Photos or media.
  • Calendar.

OrbitFlip uses standard internet and network connectivity required for:

  • Google Play Games authentication.
  • Global leaderboard functionality.
  • Google AdMob advertising when advertising functionality is included.
  • Advertising measurement and related security functions when Google AdMob is active.

Network connectivity does not by itself provide OrbitFlip with access to the sensitive device features listed above.

8. Data Security

OrbitFlip's locally stored gameplay and preference data is kept in the application's local storage and is not stored in a Mbforge-owned backend database.

Information transmitted through Google Play Games Services is processed through Google's services and infrastructure.

When Google AdMob is active, information transmitted through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is handled through Google advertising services and, where applicable, participating advertising technology providers.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data transmitted by the SDK in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Mbforge does not maintain an independent server-side database containing Google Play Games profile information, leaderboard scores, or Google AdMob user profiles.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local OrbitFlip gameplay and preference data can be removed by clearing the application's storage/data through Android settings or by uninstalling OrbitFlip.

Mbforge does not maintain a separate server-side database containing Google Play Games profile or leaderboard information.

Information processed through Google Play Games Services is managed by Google according to the user's Google Account, Google Play Games profile, applicable account settings, and Google's retention policies.

Google Play Games profile and game-related information may be managed through the relevant Google Play Games and Google Account controls made available by Google.

When Google AdMob is active, information processed through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK is retained and handled by Google and, where applicable, advertising technology providers according to their respective policies, legal requirements, advertising configuration, and consent signals.

10. User Choices

Depending on the user's device, region, app version, and available Google services, users may be able to:

  • Reset or delete their Android Advertising ID through Android privacy settings.
  • Manage Google advertising personalization through Google account and advertising controls.
  • Manage Google Play Games profile information and game-related data through Google Play Games and Google Account controls.
  • Make advertising privacy or consent choices when an applicable consent interface is presented.

These choices may affect which advertising identifiers are available and whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements are served.

11. Children's Privacy

OrbitFlip is intended for a general audience.

OrbitFlip does not provide its own account registration system and does not directly request that users submit personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or password to Mbforge.

Information processed through Google Play Games Services is handled by Google according to the user's Google Account, Play Games profile, account age, parental controls, applicable settings, and Google's policies.

When Google AdMob is active, advertising-related information is processed according to applicable advertising configuration, privacy settings, consent signals, Google policies, and legal requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when OrbitFlip's functionality, third-party services, data practices, or applicable legal and store requirements change.
